Respondus Monitor Service Notice

On Wednesday, Dec 18, between 8:10 am and 8:23 am US Pacific Time (4:10 – 4:23pm UTC), instructors in certain regions were unable to access the dashboard for LockDown Browser and Respondus Monitor. This is where exam settings and proctoring results are viewed.  Students already taking exams during this period were unaffected. Some students attempting to start an exam with Respondus Monitor during this period were unable to proceed. Students who completed a Respondus Monitor exam during this period may show a status of “not finished” in the dashboard.
