On Friday, April 3, at 11:15am Pacific Time, the Respondus Monitor system experienced a partial service interruption (approximately 8 minutes) and slow load times (another 5 minutes). Students performing a webcam check prior to the start of an exam received an error during the video playback step. Instructors trying to access the LockDown Browser Dashboard within the LMS would have experienced errors or slow load times.  Students already underway with a Respondus Monitor proctoring session

LockDown Browser for Windows, version 2.0.6.03

An update to the LockDown Browser client for Windows has been released: version 2.0.6.03.  This release provides improvements to the live chat support system for Respondus Monitor users.

Existing installs of LockDown Browser will NOT be auto-updated at this time. To obtain the latest version (2.0.6.03) use the "Check for Update" feature or run the full installation program.

LockDown Browser for Mac, Version 2.0.6.01

LockDown Browser for Mac, version 2.0.6.01, has been released.  This release contains support for HTTP authentication, improvements to the live chat support system for Respondus Monitor users, plus other minor enhancements.
