Resolved –The AWS date center issues are starting to resolve and the Respondus Monitor service has resumed back to regular service levels.

August 6th 8:55pm PST

–The Respondus Monitor service is experiencing significant slowdowns and outage conditions for new exam sessions. This is related to service degradation and failures at the AWS data center. We will update as we obtain additional information.
