Investigating -
The Chromebook Extension problem persists. It no longer produces an installation error, but the app is still inoperable. While the prior problem only affected new installs of the app, this new problem can affect existing users because the app is now updating automatically for users. We are waiting on a review from Google of the latest package. An alternative device will be required until this is resolved.
