Respondus Monitor (iPad) with Canvas Classic Service Notice - Resolved

Resolved - A fix is now available in the Apple Store with LockDown Browser for iPad version 9.1.

Investigating - A recent change in Canvas is currently preventing students using LockDown Browser for iPad from starting an exam that requires Respondus Monitor proctoring. This issue is only affecting Canvas Classic quizzes, so a potential workaround is to convert the Canvas Classic Quiz to a Canvas New Quiz .  A fix is in the works and will be submitted for approval by the Apple store shortly. In the meantime, students can alternatively use a Windows, Mac or Chromebook device for the quiz.
