Respondus Monitor Service Notice

On Tuesday, May 12 at approximately 2:20 am PST (9:20 GMT), Respondus Monitor users experienced slow load times for approximately 30 minutes. Some students were unable to start an exam requiring Respondus Monitor during this time; instructors may have had trouble accessing the LockDown Browser Dashboard. Students with exams already underway were unaffected by this issue; proctoring results were also unaffected. The source of the problem was identified and a fix was deployed to correct the problem.
