On Wednesday, February 26, between 16:45 and 17:25 PST there was a problem starting new video streams for students taking exams that use Respondus Monitor.  Students were unaware of this issue, but for some exams during this period, the video recording began after the exam actually started.  The symptom is that exam recordings during this period may be shorter than the exam duration, or missing entirely.  The source of the problem has been identified and a solution is being implemented.
