LockDown Browser for Mac, Version 2.0.1.01

LockDown Browser for Mac, version 2.0.1.01, has been released.  This release includes fixes for Blackboard, Canvas, Sakai and Moodle users, plus some stability improvements. There is also a new installer for LockDown Browser for Mac.

Existing installs of LockDown Browser will NOT be auto-updated at this time. To obtain the latest version (2.0.1.01) use the "Check for Update" feature or run the full installation program.

LockDown Browser for Windows version 2.0.1.12

An update to the LockDown Browser client for Windows has been released: version 2.0.1.12.  This patch release contains a fix to address a change in the Canvas quiz engine.

Existing installs of LockDown Browser will NOT be auto-updated at this time. To obtain the latest version (2.0.1.12) use the "Check for Update" feature or run the full installation program.

LockDown Browser for Mac, Version 2.0.1.00

LockDown Browser for Mac, version 2.0.1.00, has been released. It includes updates to the Chromium engine, a fix for Schoology users, plus other minor enhancements. This release is only available for Mac OSX 10.9 and above.

Existing installs of LockDown Browser will NOT be auto-updated at this time. To obtain the latest version (2.0.1.00) use the "Check for Update" feature or run the full installation program.

LockDown Browser for Windows version 2.0.1.11 - Auto Update Notice

LockDown Browser for Windows version 2.0.1.11 has been available for new installations or by using "Check for Update" since March 14, 2017.  Beginning Thursday April 6, 2017, this update will be pushed to student installations of LockDown Browser using the Auto Update feature. The update will occur during the startup of LockDown Browser.

The Lab Edition of LockDown Browser will NOT be affected by this update, nor will the Mac and iOS versions of LockDown Browser. But you are encouraged to update lab versions at your earliest convenience.

LockDown Browser for Mac version 2.0.0.08 - Auto Update Notice

LockDown Browser for Mac version 2.0.0.08 has been available for new installations or by using "Check for Update" since March 10, 2017.  On Thursday, March 23, 2017, we will push this update to student installations of LockDown Browser using the Auto Update feature. 

The Lab Edition of LockDown Browser will not be affected by this update, nor will the Windows and iOS versions of LockDown Browser. But you are encouraged to update lab versions at your earliest convenience.
