"Cross-site request forgery detected" message When Submitting a Ticket

If you receive the above message when attempting to submit a support ticket to Respondus, it is likely caused by you trying to attach a photo/file that exceeds our limit of 8 megabytes. The combined size of all attachments needs to be less than this total. It's best to use a photo editor to resize all photos to under 200kb. Other types of attachments should be kept as small as possible.

If the error persists, please submit the ticket without any attachments.
