LockDown Browser Dashboard will not open in Canvas

If you are an institution that uses Canvas, and the LockDown Browser Dashboard will open for some courses, but not others, it may be caused by one of the following:

* there is an unacceptable symbol in the course title.
* there is an unacceptable symbol in one of the quiz titles.

Below is an example of an unacceptable symbol/image in a course title.

* you should also ensure that the LockDown Browser Dashboard tool has been made available to all courses in the institution, and not just those in a sub-account.
