Who can set up Preconfigured Server Settings for my institution?

In order for the Preconfigured Server Settings option to work, the administrator of the Respondus 4.0 and/or StudyMate Author 2.5 Campus-wide License must enter the institution's server settings within the Administrator Area on the Respondus web site. Once this setup is done, updating is only required if a major change occurs to the learning management server, such as a new login URL, the implementation of https, or some other change related to authentication.
