On Tuesday, May 12 at approximately 2:20 am PST (9:20 GMT), Respondus Monitor users experienced slow load times for approximately 30 minutes. Some students were unable to start an exam requiring Respondus Monitor during this time; instructors may have had trouble accessing the LockDown Browser Dashboard. An update of the LockDown Browser Moodle Extension has been released: version 2020022400.
