**Update**

 This issue is mostly resolved but requires the instructor to create a new Preconfigured Server Settings profile in Respondus 4 during the publishing step. Please open a ticket with Respondus Support for further details.

We are investigating an issue with the Respondus 4.0 exam authoring tool. Publishing quizzes to Canvas is currently not working in Respondus 4.0. We will post updates as new information becomes available.

In the meantime, you may wish to manually import your Respondus 4 files to Canvas Classic Quizzes, as explained in this article: Manual Import of Respondus 4 Files into Instructure Canvas for Canvas Classic Quizzes. 

If a Canvas New Quiz is needed, you can subsequently use the Canvas course utility to convert the Classic Quiz to a New Quiz.
