Instructure rotated developer keys for many organizations on Friday, May 1. We worked with Instructure throughout the day to update the developer keys and restore access to the LockDown Browser Dashboard.
** The below issue has been resolved **
We are monitoring a LockDown Browser and Respondus Monitor issue that is preventing instructors from editing exam settings. We are working with Instructure on this issue and are unclear whether it’s related to an issue they are currently experiencing with API keys for partners:

Testing shows that exams that already have LockDown Browser or LockDown Browser+Webcam enabled are unaffected. Students can proceed.
It is only the LockDown Browser Dashboard tool that is being impacted.
