We’ve been receiving questions about the Log4Shell Vulnerability, which is an exploit affecting servers across the internet. Respondus performed an analysis of its servers on December 11, 2021 and determined that none were susceptible to the Log4Shell vulnerability. However, Respondus staff patched its servers with the security fix and created firewall rules to block Jndi requests. It was also determined that no attempts using the Jndi exploit had occurred prior to this time.
