How to Setup Keyboard Language Switching on Windows 10
1) Select Start > Settings > Time & language > Language
2) Under Preferred languages, click the "add a language" button and select the language that contains the keyboard you want, and then select Options. Add the language options you desire and perform the install.
3) On the "language" page, select "keyboard."
* ensure "use language list" is enabled. Also ensure the keyboard for your new language is in the pull down list.
* Under "switching input methods" enable these settings:
a) "Let me use a different input method for each app window"
b) "use the desktop language bar when it's available"
4) On this same page, click the link titled "language bar options" and in the window that appears, in the Language Bar tab, select "floating on desktop." Click "apply."
5) After performing the above, you should see a language bar floating in the upper right of your computer window. This same bar should also appear in the upper right of LockDown Browser. If you don't see it, try restarting your computer, then open LockDown Browser again.

3) If after performing the install, you don't see the new keyboard already added, select "Add a keyboard" and choose the keyboard you want to add.
4) Go to Settings > Time & language > Typing > Advanced Keyboard Settings
* ensure "use language list" is enabled.
* Under "switching input methods" enable these settings:
a) "Let me use a different input method for each app window"
b) "use the desktop language bar when it's available"
5) On this same page, click the link titled "language bar options" and in the window that appears, in the Language Bar tab, select "floating on desktop." Click "apply."
6) After performing the above, you should see a language bar floating in the upper right of your computer window. This same bar should also appear in the upper right of LockDown Browser. If you don't see it, try restarting your computer, then open LockDown Browser again.
