Respondus 4 was designed for use with learning management systems (LMSs) such as Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Canvas, and Moodle.

Respondus 4 also allows you to print exams/surveys or save them to MS Word, rich-text, or text files. These files could then be converted to static HTML pages with Word or other web page creator.

If an e-learning system supports the IMS QTI 1.2 specifications and recommendations for import (not QTI 2.x), Respondus 4 can be used to author questions for it. However, Respondus 4 isn't designed to create exams/surveys that can be dynamically administered from a standard web page.
