While the original StudyMate Author multiple choice questions can have up to 10 answers for display in the previous Flash-based modules, StudyMate.com and the new StudyMate Campus only allows for up to five answers.

For any questions that do not publish to StudyMate.com, we suggest using either StudyMate Author->Preview & Publish->Preview the File, or StudyMate Author->Preview & Publish->Print Options->Print Preview to see if the questions have more than five answers and edit the questions as necessary.

Please note that blank spaces in the answer could be picked up as a valid answer, even though it's not quickly seen when editing a question. Preview the File will usually show the answers with "blanks".

For fairly large bank of questions,we would suggest using StudyMate Author->Preview & Publish->Print Options->"Save to file"->"Word .doc" to dump the questions to a Word file. Prior to saving the file, go to "Formatting"->"Settings" to save only multiple choice questions with the correct answer. Word's more extensive search features along with the "Show all Formatting" can be used to locate questions with more than 5 answers.
