By default, an instructor role is needed to be able to access a student submitted saved spreadsheet. All other roles will return the below error.
In addition, for D2L Brightspace: if the instructor permissions are not specified correctly, the error can occur.
Please ensure that all instructor roles have the ability to “see user enrollments”. It's also important to check all other necessary instructor permissions, as specified in the LockDown Browser Administrator Guide for D2L Brightspace.
