If a Stop Sign "unexpected error" occurs when you open the LockDown Browser Dashboard Tool for some courses (but not others) it may be caused by one of the following:

* there is an unacceptable symbol in the course title.
* there is an unacceptable symbol in one of the quiz titles.

You need to check the title for the course, as well as all the titles of each quiz in that course. If you find these types of symbols, you must edit them out.
When checking for these, be sure to use multiple browsers.  Firefox tends to display them more successfully than Chromium-based browsers.
