I have test banks previously downloaded from the Respondus Test Bank Network. How can I use them with the new version of Respondus 4?

The previously downloaded test bank files can be used as a standard Respondus file. For example, questions can be selected from that test bank using the Exam Wizard. However, to use the interactive features with the new Respondus Test Bank Network, you must use the Test Bank Network wizard (located on the Start tab) to register the test bank.

* If you retained the File Code and Password provided by the publisher to download the original file, use that information to complete the registration step in the wizard.

* If you no longer have the File Code and Password, simply use the Test Bank Network wizard to search for the test bank and resubmit the registration form. The publisher will then provide the File Code and Password by email within 1-3 days. Use this to complete the registration step in the Test Bank Network wizard.
