An update of the LockDown Browser Moodle Extension has been released: version 2021102701.

This update, which is installed by the administrator of a Moodle server, contains minor bug fixes.

Administrators can obtain the updated integration by going to Respondus.com > Customer Login > LockDown Browser.  If there is more than one server profile for your institution, be sure to select the correct one before downloading the extension.

Blackboard Ultra maintenance - November 25 at 2pm PT

On Thursday 11/25 at 2:00 PM PST (10:00 PM GMT), Blackboard Inc. will be doing maintenance on their Developer Portal.  Blackboard Ultra instructors will be affected if they try to access the LockDown Browser Dashboard during this maintenance period.  Students will not be affected during this outage.  The outage is expected to last one hour.

Canvas New Quizzes issue with LockDown Browser - Resolved

Instructure has resolved this issue and LockDown Browser functionality should be functioning normally now with Canvas New Quizzes.

Respondus Monitor Service Notice

On Monday, May 31, at approximately 4:30 pm PST (23:30 GMT), some Respondus Monitor users experienced occasional errors on the startup sequence.  Students who were already taking exams were able to continue.  The problem was resolved at 5:30pm PST.
